Our EMIR Reporting Director, Tim Hartley will speak on EMIR Refit as part of panel at the ISDA Regulatory Reporting Conference on Wednesday 29 November.
With the major financial jurisdictions implementing significant changes to their regulatory reporting rules with the intention of delivering greater harmonisation between jurisdictions and more standardisation in how trade data is reported, the virtual event will help ISDA members to identify and prepare for these major updates to reporting requirements.
Tim and his co-panellists will discuss what firms should be doing in the lead up to the EU EMIR Refit go-live on 29 April 2024.
The conference will also cover the Unique Product Identifier and digital regulatory reporting.
