Kaizen’s CPD-accredited training course will help attendees enhance their knowledge and understanding of the seismic changes that EMIR Refit brings.
The four-hour course provides a core understanding of the reporting requirements for the EU and UK, including the regulatory drivers, scope, trading scenarios and the key fields that comprise a report.
The course is primarily aimed at compliance and operations staff, but it will benefit anyone involved in the EMIR reporting process.
Attendees will gain a greater understanding of the new EMIR reporting requirements. Enhanced knowledge will help reduce the risk of incomplete or inaccurate reporting which can lead to costly remediation programmes and potential sanctions.
