Fiona joined Kaizen during its early stages as a start-up.

A former broadcast journalist turned communications professional, Fiona was hired initially to help establish and build our brand. From 2017-2020 she was also responsible for our HR/People function, with a focus on developing Kaizen into a values-driven business with our people firmly at the heart of our success. Now back in her natural habitat of marketing and communications, Fiona is continuing to drive Kaizen’s business growth through a variety of activities and strategies.

Fiona learnt her trade in a variety of UK-based healthcare organisations doing everything from media relations, crisis communications to organisational change before moving to global professional services firm EY where she managed internal communications for its Tax service line in EMEIA.
