People | Kaizen People | Kaizen

Our employees are core to our success and it’s their commitment and innovation that have driven the tremendous growth we have seen since Kaizen was established in 2013.

We are committed to creating a positive working environment

We support our people in a number of ways from establishing a flexible working environment to providing ongoing training opportunities including our ‘Build Your Skills’ initiative that encourages employees to take up a new hobby, develop an existing skill or undertake a new training programme (work or non-work related).

Our values

  • Innovate and dare greatly — be creative and curious; show courage, question everything
  • Adaptability — embrace change; seek knowledge and adapt your style
  • Honesty always — being open and transparent and acting with integrity is core to working at Kaizen
  • Collaboration — act in the best interests of the team; work together to achieve awesome things!
  • No egos and no jerks — everyone is treated fairly; no one thinks they are better than anyone else.

We listen to our people

Every other week, we reach out to employees with a short online survey to gather their feedback on a range of matters, ensuring that their voices are heard as they share in the mission and growth of the company.

We developed our values through a series of consultations with our staff in the early stages of our growth.

Our apprenticeship programme

We launched our apprenticeship scheme soon after establishing the company. All of our apprentices have become permanent employees and thanks to the programme, we have recruited both school leavers and graduates, providing them with training and lifelong skills to build their future careers.
