Rory McLarenChief Product Officer

Rory has more than 25 years’ experience working in technology, product and regulation in a variety of organisations.

He joins Kaizen as Chief Product Officer, working across all Kaizen companies to promote product, strategy and management. 

Rory was co-founder and CTO of Impendium Systems, a regulatory FinTech that provided reporting services for MIFID and EMIR as well as a number of value-add services based on regulatory data. After their acquisition in 2014 by Deutsche Boerse he led the Product and Services section of the Regulatory Services entity within the group, providing reporting across MIFIR, EMIR and other regulations to internal and external clients across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the US.
