Ian has partnered with Dario Crispini to establish Kaizen as the gold standard of trade and transaction reporting quality assurance.  

Ian has extensive experience working in regulatory change and control delivery at UBS and more recently, HSBC. He has worked on regulatory obligations, aiming to achieve timely delivery for the reporting of DFA, EMIR, MiFID and HKMA regulations. He has also led the design and implementation of a comprehensive regulatory reporting control framework for the three main financial hubs at HSBC in New York, London and Hong Kong.
