Geno LuchmunGeneral Counsel

In 2018 Geno was included on the EMpower list of 100 ethnic minority executive role models as presented by the Financial Times. Geno attended law school at the College of Law in York and has a degree in Business Studies.

Geno worked at LIFFE for 14 years becoming Head of Legal and Company Secretary.  At NYSE Euronext, Geno headed up the legal team in the successful tender to become the administrator for LIBOR following a recommendation to HM Treasury by the Hogg Committee. Geno was heavily involved in the acquisition of NYSE Euronext by ICE. Geno also worked at ICAP as General Counsel and MD Regulation of its recognised investment exchange before starting with us at Kaizen.
