Trevor has over 25 years banking operations experience gained at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and HSBC.

He has worked in a variety of roles across securities, derivatives and foreign exchange, managing global teams in BAU operations processes and change projects. He came to Kaizen from a director position at HSBC, where he worked exclusively in regulatory change for FX and Commodities, implementing FX clearing and regulatory reporting for HSBC’s complex network of entities and branches for DFA, EMIR, HKMA, MAS, ASIC and MiFID II. Trevor has held positions in several groups;

• Deputy Chair of the Bank of England FX Joint Standing Committee Operations Sub Group
• Chair for AFME GFXD Post Trade Regulatory Working Group
• European Central Bank Operations Managers Contact Group
