James has over twenty five years’ experience working in communications and marketing covering international Capital Markets, including equities, derivatives, exchange technology, data services and regulation.

Before joining Kaizen Reporting James held a number of senior financial communications positions at London futures and options market, LIFFE, the amalgamation of Continental European exchanges, Euronext, the New York Stock Exchange and most recently at the Intercontinental Exchange.
