As an employee engagement expert, Gemma has assisted Kaizen through periods of rapid growth and continues to support our staff and managers so that they are in the best position to support our clients.

Gemma spent the first two years at Kaizen as our Office Manager. Any time not spent keeping the office organised and running smoothly, would be spent getting involved with HR, Communications and Marketing, including managing our social media channels and developing our employee values. Since then Gemma’s role has progressed to focus solely on our People. 

A fashion promotion graduate, Gemma worked in management for the fashion retailer H&M for five years before moving on to work for various start-up companies and finally discovering the world of regulatory reporting and joining Kaizen. Outside of looking after our staff, Gemma has a passion for animal welfare advocacy and volunteer work.
